Who was Edward Jowett? - the Jewett DNA project
The Jewett Family of America is a non-profit corporation of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, organized for the purpose of studying and maintaining the history of the Jewett Family in America. It is a cooperative organization carried on by volunteers and we hope you will become one of its contributing members.
Membership in the family is open to anyone interested in the Jewett Lineage (you do not have to prove your ancestry as a Jewett). When you become a member you will receive a welcome letter, membership card, color print of the coat of arms (suitable for framing), copy of the original charter, various historical information, questionnaire, and a subscription for the (4) quarterly newsletters published each year.
